We came from hospitality background, we feel something can be done to bridge the demand that match specific hotel concept instead of just generic shape and material. We saw the gaps and we can be the right contact to start with.
Hundreds very talented artisan and UMKM (local small to medium size home base business) spread around Bali and Java area, we are partnering with many of them yet we take the opportunities to help their products recognized.
Term & Conditions
Orders.
At least minimum of 50% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders. Final payment prior to completion of goods. Orders will only commence once funds have cleared into the Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) account.
Goods will be inspected and collected only once the balance of funds have cleared into the Kandang Spai Bali (KSB) account.
Payment
A Telegraphic Transfer to the Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) bank account in US$ / AUD$ / EURO and our bank will automatically covert the funds into Rupiah based on the exchange rate of the day. Bank details to be shared upon both party agreed to execute the order and sign it off.
Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order, you can order as you wish as all excess cost will be borned under you as customer.

Production times
Production times are varies, it is related to volume, quantity, complexity etc. Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) will coordinate with supplier for best doable production times and communicated to you as customer.

QCC (Quality Check & Control)
Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) role is to inspect and report on the quality of goods to ensure that they comply with the pre-determined standards. In cases where goods fall below the required standards, Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) will report to the client to request further action to be taken. In cases where an urgent decision is required, Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) will take into consideration all known facts and make a decision whether to accept or reject the products and advise the client accordingly. As best as possible, we act as your eyes and ears, helping to make sound decisions on your investments. We take full care, but no responsibility, goods are not under Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) warranty.

Our Duty Role
Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) roles are to source new products, source suppliers, liaise with manufacturers and suppliers, place orders, schedule payments, monitor production, communicate with clients and suppliers as required, report on progress during production. Once goods are completed, Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) QCC team to inspect the goods and ensure goods specifications as per the requirements. Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) partnering with professionals forwarder company to arranges collection, packing and prepares the goods for shipping. Please note, collection, packing and shipping charges are invoiced separately.
Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) team personally inspect all products prior to final payment and packing. Meanwhile every effort is made to find all flaws, Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) cannot be held responsible for manufacturing flaws, errors on coloring, size variations or production faulty.
Fee for us
Our fees are based on 13% of all invoices - covering all aspects of the order process. Prices shown are direct from suppliers / manufactures to you. Kandang Sapi Bali (KSB) is representing your preferences related to price, quality and all specifications.
Wholesale buyers can take advantage of our buying services (transport, business center, meeting facilities, online ordering services) at no additional cost.

Shipping information
Shipping is available by Sea or by Air.
Air Freight is the quickest, most expensive means of transporting freight. Rates are charged per kg and is calculated by weight (volumetric weight).
Sea Freight is the most economical means of transporting goods. There are two main ways to send goods by sea freight.

LCL - Less than Container Load - this means that goods are crated in specially designed wooden crates, made to measure for the size of your goods. LCL shipments have some risks, particularly with goods that are regarded as fragile. Goods from Bali are packed and loaded in Bali, unloaded in Java, reloaded and unloaded in Singapore and unloaded at destination.
LCL shipments have frequent handlings and thus, we do suggest all customer to take insurance on all shipment to cover against damage during transit. There are freight insurance company available and we can name them for reference.
LCL shipments have some restrictions particularly for Australia. Shipments involving specialized fumigation, such as Ethylene Oxide cannot be sent to Australia. These such shipments must be sent as FULL CONTAINER LOAD.
FCL - Full container load is available in 20ft (30cbm) 40ft (60cbm) 40ft high cube (70cbm)
Shipments sent on FCL are loaded in Bali and unloaded at the destination, hence there is considerable less handling and moving of the goods. Local clearance charges are per container or per cubic meter (CBM). Goods with minimum 13CBM in size, suggested to use FCL as it often more economical.
